Wills & Estate Planning

Robertson & Gable, LLC offers wills and estate planning services to its clients in Georgia. We advise and draft documents for clients with basic estate planning needs, and we are able to assist those clients with more complex planning situations, such as those with taxable estates, as well as clients who have non-traditional families.

Our attorneys advise clients on the consequences of different estate planning techniques, both from a personal and a tax standpoint. We will, at a client's request, work closely with personal tax advisors or financial planners in order to realize a client's goals.

In addition to drafting various wills and trusts to meet each client's needs, the firm also prepares living wills, durable health care powers of attorney, and general powers of attorney. We also assist clients in probate filing and administration.

Our goal is to provide our clients with quality legal services at affordable prices. Upon gaining an understanding of each client's situation, we provide an estimate of our legal fees and contact our client if fees will exceed the estimate.
