Trademarks & Service Marks

Robertson & Gable, LLC offers legal services to its clients who need consultation and assistance in registering a trademark or service mark in Georgia.

We assist clients in applying for registration, including drafting applications and responding to inquiries from the Georgia Secretary of State-Trademarks Division. Our services include a search of the Georgia Trademark Registry, the Georgia Corporations Division Database, and the Georgia Yellow Pages.

We do not assist clients in filing federal registrations. If we determine that a federal registration would benefit you, we will refer you to an attorney who can help you.
