Courier Rush (Rush 1)
Use this rush option when you need to know the business is incorporated but proving it to anyone else is not necessary.
We rush your incorporation
documents to the Secretary of State via Courier. We have a definite
Articles filing date that day. The Secretary of State processes the
Articles on a normal schedule, so we have the original Articles and
the company kit with minute book and seal in your hands in about 3 to
4 weeks. We can, on request, ship the corporate kit before we receive
the Articles.

Secretary of State Rush
(Rush 2)
Use this rush option when you need the original Articles of Incorporation within a week to ten days.
We mail the documents to the Secretary of State. They rush the paperwork through upon receipt and mail it back to us promptly. We ship you all documents in about a week.

(includes $100 expedite fee and $50 legal fees and service charges)
All-Out Rush
(Rush 3)
Includes a Name Reservation
Use this rush option when you need the incorporation now.
Upon your approval,
we courier the incorporation documents to the Secretary of State immediately
(approvals made after 2pm will be sent the following business day by
courier). The Secretary of State processes the paperwork usually within
24 hours, Mon - Fri. Once the documents are processed, we have a courier
return them to us ASAP. We ship everything to you on the day we receive
the documents or early the next day depending on arrival times. Standard
turnaround time is 48 hours from time the documents are sent by courier
to the Secretary of State. Because the Secretary of State will not guarantee
a same day processing time, we cannot guarantee that you will have your
documents in hand within 24 hours.
