Courier Rush (Rush 1)
Use this rush option when you need to know the business is incorporated but proving it to anyone else is not necessary.
Upon your approval,
we process your filing immediately. We have a definite Articles filing
date. The Secretary of State processes it on a normal schedule. Your
Articles of Incorporation and corporate kit and seal arrive within 1
to 2 weeks for online filing and 3 to 4 weeks for paper
filing.

one way courier)
Secretary of State Rush
(Rush 2)
Use this option
when you need the original Articles of Incorporation in about three
days for online filing and a week to ten days for paper
filing.
Upon your approval,
we process your filing immediately. The Secretary of State processes
the paperwork usually within 24 hours, Mon - Fri. We ship you
all documents in two to three days for online filing and a
week to ten days for paper filing.

All-Out Rush
(Rush 3)
Use this rush option
when you need the incorporation now.
Upon your approval,
we process your filing immediately. The Secretary of State processes
the paperwork usually within 24 hours, Mon - Fri. When the
Secretary of State is finished, we ship everything to you by next-day
air. Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours from time you give us
final approval. Because the Secretary of State will not guarantee a
same day processing time, we cannot guarantee that you will have your
documents in hand within 48 hours.
