This option is used when you need to know the business is incorporated but proving it to someone else is not necessary.

Upon your approval, we process your filing immediately. We have a definite Articles filing date. The Secretary of State processes it on a normal schedule. Your Articles and corporate kit and seal arrive within 1 to 2 weeks for online filing and 3 to 4 weeks for paper filing.

Cost: Online Filing $50.00; Paper Filing 90.00 (Paper filing includes one-way courier fee)

Secretary of State Rush (Rush 2)

Use this option when you need the original Articles in about 3 days for online filing and a week to ten days for paper filing.

Upon your approval, we process your filing immediately. The Secretary of State processes the paperwok usually within 24 hours, Mon - Fri. We ship you all documents in 2 to 3 days for online filing and a week to ten days for paper filing.

Cost: Online Filing or Paper Filing $150.00

All-Out Rush (Rush 3)

Use when you need the Articles now.

Upon your approval, we process your filing immediately. The Secretary of State processes the paperwork usually within 24 hours, Mon - Fri. When the Secretary of State is finished, we ship everything to you by next-day air. Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours from time us give us final approval. Because the Secretary of State will not guarantee a small day processing time, we cannot guarantee that you will have your documents in hand within 48 hours.

Cost: Online Filing $230.00; Paper Filing $300.00 (Paper filing includes name reservation and one way courier)
